Declarations and assumptions of responsibility
The registrant of the domain name in question, in particular declares under his own responsibility:
a) to be in possession of citizenship or resident in one of the countries belonging to the European Union (in case of registration for a natural person);
b) to be established in one of the countries belonging to the European Union (in case of registration for another organization);
c) to be aware of and to accept that the registration and management of a domain name are subject to the “Regulations for the assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD .it” and the “Regulations for the resolution of disputes in the ccTLD.it “And their subsequent amendments;
d) to have the right to use and / or legal availability of the domain name requested and not to violate, with this request for registration, rights of third parties;
e) to be aware that for the purpose of the insertion of personal data in the database of assigned domain names, and their possible diffusion and accessibility via the Internet, it is necessary to express consent by ticking the appropriate boxes on the basis of the following information. The document “The Policy of the .it Registry on the Whois Database” can be consulted on the Registry website (http://www.nic.it);
f) to be aware of and to accept that in case of erroneous or false declaration in the present request, the Registry will immediately revoke the domain name, without prejudice to any wider legal action. In this case, the revocation can not in any way give rise to claims for compensation against the Registry;
g) to relieve the Registry from any responsibility deriving from the assignment and use of the domain name by the applicant;
h) to accept the Italian jurisdiction and the laws of the Italian State Order.
Information and acquisition of consent for the processing of data for the registration of the domain name and for visibility on the Internet
Information pursuant to the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196, Article 13). For the carrying out of the activities to which this information refers:
a) the data controller is the CNR, through the Institute of Informatics and Telematics of the CNR, Registro .it (http://www.nic.it);
b) the controller is the Registrar who from time to time manages the contractual relationship with the Registrant; its identification details are contained in the contract between the aforementioned Registrar and the Registrant, and therefore known by the interested party. A list of data controllers is available on the Registry website (http://www.nic.it). The Registrar remains the data controller of the contractual relationship directly with the Registrant, which is not included in this statement;
c) the mandatory information is the essential information required for the service requested.
The Registrant’s personal data is collected by the Registrar who from time to time manages the contractual relationship with the Registrant through this form, for the purpose of registering and managing the domain name in the Data Base of the Assigned Names at the Institute of Computer Science and Telematics of the CNR, Registro .it.
In addition to personal data collected through the completion of the form, where the transaction is carried out electronically, the IP address from which the Internet connection for the compilation of the on-line form to the Registrant and the log of the relative will be detected and stored transaction, in order to contribute to the identification of the registrant in relation to the declared personalities and to the declarations made by the registrant himself. The personal data, the aforementioned IP address and the transaction log constitute the mandatory information.
The mandatory information collected will be processed for administrative and accounting purposes, protection of rights and other purposes and activities related to the registration, management, contestation, transfer and cancellation of the domain name, as well as to comply with legal obligations, regulations or legislation Community, and communicated to third parties for ancillary activities or activities necessary for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes. The data will not be used and communicated to third parties for marketing or direct marketing. Except for the IP address, the data will also be disclosed to third parties who declare that they want to act for the protection of their rights towards the Registrant in relation to the registration or use of the domain name. In compliance with the technical standards of the Internet Engineering Task Force – IETF (http://www.ietf.org) aimed at ensuring the reachability of the domain name on the Internet, in order to maintain the equilibrium of the related system, and in consideration of the policy of the .it Registry to avoid situations of anonymity and to allow traceability of the assignees, in case of registration will be visible on the Internet, through Whois query, along with the domain name the following data: name and surname of the registrant or company name, domain status, Registrar and technical data (contactID, registration date, expire date, last update date and nameserver).
For the purposes of this statement, consent to processing for registration purposes refers to all of the aforementioned activities as a whole.
The provision for registration is optional, but in case of lack of consent it will not be possible to register, assign and manage the domain name.
The following data will also be visible via the Internet, subject to a separate consent, by means of Whois query, together with the domain name: residence address or registered office of the registrant, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, of the Registrant.
For the purposes of this statement, the consent for the purposes of accessibility and dissemination via the Internet refers only to these last activities and types of data.
The conferment for the purpose of accessibility and dissemination via the Internet is optional; the lack of consent will not preclude the registration but only the public visibility via Whois query of the aforementioned data, within the limits defined above. Further information on how to query the Registry database is available on the Registry website: www.nic.it.
The interested party enjoys the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Code for the protection of personal data including the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him.
The exercise of the aforementioned rights may be exercised by means of a request addressed to the Registrar who from time to time manages the contractual relationship with the Registrant and in the alternative to the CNR Institute for Informatics and Telematics, Via Giuseppe Moruzzi, 1, I-56124 Pisa, Italy.
Consent to the processing of personal data for registration purposes
The interested party, having read the above information, gives its consent to the processing of the mandatory information for registration purposes, as defined in the above information.
The conferment of data is optional, but in case of lack of consent it will not be possible to register, assign and manage the domain name.
Consent to the processing of personal data for dissemination and accessibility via the Internet
The interested party, having read the above information, gives consent to the diffusion and accessibility via the Internet, as defined in the above information.
The conferment is optional, and the lack of consent does not allow the diffusion and accessibility via Internet of the relative data.
Explicit acceptance of the following points
For explicit acceptance of the following points:
c) to be aware of and to accept that the registration and management of a domain name are subject to the “Regulations for the assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD .it” and the “Rules for the resolution of disputes in the ccTLD .it “And their subsequent amendments;
f) to be aware of and to accept that in case of erroneous or false declaration in the present request, the Registry will provide for the immediate revocation of the domain name, except for any wider legal action. In this case, the revocation can not in any way give rise to claims for compensation against the Registry;
g) to relieve the Registry from any responsibility deriving from the assignment and use of the domain name by the requesting natural person;
h) to accept the Italian jurisdiction and the laws of the Italian State Order.
